Just say...
You had an argument with your best friend. You guys always get over fights quickly, and your best friend is always the one to apologize.
At the end of the day, s/he still hasn't said sorry...You are a little worried, but blow it off...You figure it will all work out soon.
The next morning, you wake up to find out that s/he was in a car crash and died.
(I didn't know it would sound that morbid!)
So just don't wait, live for Now. Don't put things off, there's no time like the present.
